It was entirely practical. That includes the emphasis on how reading speeches benefits writers, the story aspects of speeches and Ms. Henrietta Williams's preferred speech framework and guidance, the business of speech-writing, Artificial Intelligence, and so on. I would say that every aspect of speech-writing and of speeches that she covered was practical.

Henrietta was highly organized and delivered the material quickly but clearly, packing a lot of information into a short amount of time. Excellent overview; I was glad she covered the practical and business side as well as what goes into a good speech. Great value for money.

Henrietta was so encouraging and transparent. I also really enjoyed the business part of the class.

I loved the storytelling structure Henrietta presented for speechwriting.

I liked several things: the reading assignments and our class discussion of them; and Henrietta's thorough discussion of types of speeches and preparation for writing a speech. Henrietta showed that she had a thorough knowledge in this field, and plenty of experience. She also had a nice way of conducting the class, encouraging discussion.

The best thing about the class? The business section, without a doubt. Lots of tips I hadn't thought about, like the AI implications and insurance.

She was a role model and example of everything she taught. Walks her talk in every 'way she say.' I would sign up to learn ANYTHING Henrietta teaches!
